Organising the household before or after a move

I can help you make decisions about what needs to be kept and what can be recycled, sold or given away. Once in a new space, we can organise the household with the intelligence of what did and didn't work before and account for how different members of the family use storage. A trial iteration can help you adjust the new order based on usability principles.  Rates for this work are £25 an hour.

Working with neurodivergent and disabled people

I am neurodivergent and am surrounded by a vibrant and varied community of people who struggle with different issues. I personally share a deep attachment to objects and order, whilst also needing variety and support to break down large tasks. I am experienced in working with people who are overwhelmed by their homes. We all need support, and we need a doable system of keeping home in a way that makes sense to us. My usual hourly and deep-clean rates apply for this work.     

Taking care of material life after a bereavement

When the time is right, I can help you look at, talk through and organise the material life that we leave behind.  We can work at your pace and leave time for your private process of grieving. Some people need a timely and thorough process of letting go; others may want to stage the process and let go gradually, storing or keeping space at home for what may one day be passed on or let go of.  Rates for this work are £25 an hour.
